For bookings after 6 pm:
If you give us more than 48 hours’ notice to cancel your booking, we will issue a full refund. If you give us less than 48 hours’ notice and someone else takes the slot you had booked, we will also issue a full refund. We cannot issue a refund in any other circumstance.
For bookings before 6 pm:
We require at least 12 hours’ notice of cancellation to issue a full refund.
Refunds usually take 5 days to process.
